I founded RedBridge Solutions sixteen years ago with the goal of "bridging the gap between business and technology" for small businesses in the Lower Mainland of B.C.

  • Extensive experience in sales in retail and B2B sales and how technology can be used to drive sales and increase profits.
  • The ability to identify the unique challenges small businesses face when trying to identify processes that can be improved or made more efficient through the use of technology
  • Learning and understanding the culture of an organization, to recommend solutions that have a higher likelihood of acceptance and success, as they will satisfy the needs of all the stakeholders in an organization: the customer, the staff, and management.

Technology Experience

  • Over 28 years of experience in the IT industry in the roles of entrepreneur, enterprise network support technician, and corporate sales professional
  • Experienced project team lead responsible for developing project plans, managing IT projects that are completed on-time and on budget, and implementation of systems to manage complex network documentation.
  • Specialist in designing, implementing, and supporting network solutions based on Microsoft’s Windows Server platform, and integration of Microsoft solutions including Exchange, SQL, Remote Desktop / Terminal Server.
  • Design and manage networks running on Microsoft or Vmware virtualization platforms.
  • Ability to manage a network from end-to-end including desktop and laptops, mobile devices, firewalls, email servers, VPN remote access solutions, antivirus / malware software, and popular accounting, legal, and document management applications.


IT Support for Small Business

  • Complete IT systems support including onsite and remote support.
  • Design, implement, manage, and support Microsoft Windows based network solutions.
  • Onsite and cloud backup & business disaster continuity solutions.
  • Network security risk assessment and remediation.
  • Remote access solutions utilizing PC’s, Macs, and mobile devices.
  • Review of business processes to strategically assess how technology can improve them.
  • Leverage relationships with strategic partners to integrate VoIP telephony, ERP, CRM, and document management solutions into your existing network.


Customer Service Portal

  • Every client will have access to the customer service portal on our website. You will have access to a detailed description of every support call including the date, description of work performed and the time required to complete the service call. I will also post your network documentation, software licensing and any other documentation that is relevant to your company’s IT environment, so you can have access to this valuable information at any time. You can even pay your invoice online as well.
