I founded RedBridge Solutions seventeen years ago with the goal of "bridging the gap between business and technology" for local businesses in the Lower Mainland of beautiful British Columbia.

Business Experience

  • Extensive experience in sales to businesses and consumers and how technology can be used to drive higher sales and increased profits.
  • The ability to identify the unique challenges small businesses face when trying to identify processes that can be improved or made more efficient through the use of technology.
  • Learning and understanding the culture of an organization, to recommend solutions that have a higher likelihood of acceptance and success, as they will satisfy the needs of all the stakeholders in an organization: the customer, the staff, and management.

Technology Experience

  • Over 29 years of experience in the IT industry in the roles of entrepreneur, enterprise network support technician, and corporate sales professional.
  • Experienced project team lead responsible for developing project plans, managing IT projects that are completed on-time and on budget, and implementation of systems to manage complex network documentation.
  • Specialist in designing, implementing, and supporting network solutions based on Microsoft’s Windows Server platforms: SQL Server, Exchange Server, Remote Desktop Server, and Skype for Business Server.
  • Experienced in the implementation of Microsoft Office 365 cloud services.
  • Ability to manage a network from end-to-end including server & workstations, mobile devices, firewalls, email servers, remote access solutions, network security solutions, and popular accounting, legal, and document management applications.

You will have access to a detailed description for every support call including the date, description of work performed, and the time spent to complete the service request. You can securely download your network documentation, software licensing agreements, and other documents related to your company’s IT environment. The portal also offers the convenience of online payment for my clients.
